Agreement Overview

By using the meal preparation services provided by MKE Macro Meals, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. MKE Macro Meals reserves the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any time and in our sole discretion. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to these terms and conditions, we will notify you here that it has been updated, indicated by the “Last Updated” date at the beginning of terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to review them whenever you use our Services.

Ordering and Pickup Scheduling

  • Meal Rotation: All meals are on a 7-day rotation. Menu availability will change out once the ordering window for the Monday and Friday pickup days has passed.

  • Order Placement: All meal orders must be placed online through www.mkemacromeals.com by the specified dates and times.

  • Pickup Dates: Our Services are currently only available for pickup on Mondays and Fridays. Orders must be placed three days before the pickup date.

    • Monday orders must be placed by 10 pm the prior Thursday.

    • Friday orders must be placed by 10 pm on Monday.

  • Pickup Time: Pickup times are scheduled and communicated to customers in advance. It is the customer's responsibility to be present or make arrangements for someone to pick up the order during the specified pickup window.

  • Changes and Cancellations: Orders cannot be changed or canceled via the website once they are placed. If you have a special circumstance that requires discussion, you may contact us at info@mkemacromeals.com.​

Pickup Scheduling

  • Payment Methods: MKE Macro Meals accepts payments through the specified payment methods listed on the website or app.

  • Subscription Payments: If you have subscribed to a meal plan, payments will be automatically deducted based on the selected subscription frequency.

Quality and Freshness

  • Quality Guarantee: We strive to provide high-quality, fresh, and locally sourced ingredients in our meals. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your meal, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup at info@mkemacromeals.com to discuss.

  • Allergies and Dietary Restrictions: While we make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies, MKE Macro Meals cannot guarantee the absence of specific allergens as these items are cooked in a kitchen that is open to all ingredients. Customers with severe allergies are encouraged to contact us for detailed ingredient information before placing an order.

 

Account Information

  • Account Responsibility: Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including login credentials. MKE Macro Meals is not liable for unauthorized access to customer accounts.

  • Communication: By using our service, you agree to receive communications from MKE Macro Meals including promotional offers, newsletters, and service-related updates. You can opt out of promotional communications at any time.

 

Termination

MKE Macro Meals reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service without notice in the event of a violation of these terms and conditions.

 

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from the use of our meal prep service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within the state of Wisconsin.

 

By using our meal prep service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
